Aylesbury Mains Ltd have a range of Ditchwitch trenchers ranging from 6 Tonne to 1 Tonne pedestrian machines. These trenchers have a range of attachments available such as endless chain, rock wheel and also vibrating mole with cable/pipe shoot. The trench widths can vary from 1.6m depth x 450mm wide, to minimum width of 75mm. Vibrating mole plate can accommodate cable or pipes to a maximum of 120mm and to a depth of 1.4m. These trenchers provide for high output trenching making for very efficient production of Utilities installation, reduced traffic management and re-instatement requirements and disruption.
Due to the complex nature of the equipment we provide experienced operators with each machine, to ensure a safe and highly productive and reliable operation. This service can be complemented with a range of CAT (cable avoiding tool) equipment for the safe and efficient location of a range of underground services. Our operators are highly skilled in the operation of this equipment and can provide for added safe excavations.
